Abbott in Mississauga seeks a Financial Analyst to support planning, LBE, sales reporting and IBP submissions. You will maintain financial systems and prepare key reports under the Finance Manager.

Ideal candidates have financial degree, CPA status or progress, and 1–3 years of experience; strong Excel and Power BI skills are required, with a collaborative mindset in a global healthcare company. On-site four days a week with one remote day, you’ll work with local and Area Finance teams,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance required.
• CPA or currently enrolled in CPA track preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent English communications skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial applications.
• Working knowledge of Power BI.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Mansioni

• Support consolidation and analysis for the Division Local Planning Cycles with Departmental Management.
• Assist in commercial requirements for sales forecasts and expense management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for area of responsibilities.
• Produce and deliver key reports: Annual Plan, Month end, LBE, IBP cycles.
• Prepare monthly reports to management including KPI’s and commentary.
• Track and analyze sales incentive plans and P&L variance.
