Intact is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our inbound call center in Vancouver. You will advise Canadians on insurance options, answer questions, and guide customers through next steps.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience required; call center experience is preferred.
• Willingness to study for provincial insurance licensing exam with in-house training.
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on appropriate insurance products and guide them through next steps.
• Analyze customer needs and promote cross-sell opportunities.
• Process payment method changes accurately and promptly.
• Handle calls and emails from existing customers with professional service.
