Intact Financial in Laval, QC, is hiring a full-time Associate for Sales and Customer Service in a hybrid role. You will advise on home and auto insurance, assess needs, and guide clients to suitable coverage. The position starts with training and has a 5% annual bonus target based on performance.

The role runs on a Monday–Friday schedule with an inbound call-centre focus. Eligibility to work in Canada is required, with a starting date in January 2027.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a similar position.
• Strong communication, listening, and customer-advising skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and use multiple computer systems.
• Willingness to complete the provincial AMF licensing exam.

Responsabilités

• Advise home and auto insurance customers and answer questions about products.
• Assess customer needs and help them choose suitable coverage and solutions.
• Contribute to new initiatives and their implementation.
• Work in an inbound call-centre environment with occasional holidays.
