Job summary

Voyageur Aviation Corp. is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator on a 20-month contract. The role supports the recruitment team and HR Director, handling postings, screening, and onboarding processes within a hybrid Canada-wide environment.

Ideal candidates have a post-secondary HR-related diploma and at least 2 years in HR, with strong communication and organizational skills. The position offers a part-time schedule (16–24 hours/week) and a starting rate of $25.00/hour, with benefits and pension

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience creating and editing professional business correspondence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Administer staffing requisitions and approvals for all open positions.
• Post job postings through UKG and external job boards; book career fairs and events.
• Ensure promotional materials are available for career events; liaise with Marketing.
• Manage recruitment events calendar and job postings.
• Support talent acquisition with resume reviews and pre-screens; record reference checks.
• Prepare internal letters of offer and new hire files; manage ATS documents.
