Job summary

Air Canada Rouge in Montreal is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to drive end-to-end recruitment, focusing on high-volume Flight Attendant hiring. Great candidates will have 1–3 years in recruitment coordination or HR admin, strong MS Office and ATS skills, bilingual English/French, and the flexibility to travel

  • Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate communications.
  • Proficiency with calendar management and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate full-cycle mass recruitment for Flight Attendants and other roles, including postings, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Organize high-volume hiring events with logistics, catering, communications and follow-up.
  • Manage conditional offers and pre-employment checks such as background screening and references.
  • Prepare recruitment communications and candidate documentation; support onboarding with Hiring Managers.

Reports To: Manager, Human Resources

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on high-volume Flight Attendant hiring for Air Canada Rouge. This role supports scheduling, event coordination, candidate communications, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from application through onboarding.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Coordinate full-cycle mass recruitment for Flight Attendants and other assigned roles, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, participating in the interview process, managing pre-employment assessments, reference checks and onboarding.
  • Organize and support high-volume hiring events: coordination, logistics, catering, communications, facilitation, and post-event follow-up.
  • Manage conditional offer requirements such as security checks, references, background screening, medicals, etc.
  • Prepare and distribute recruitment communications, including interview invites, instructions, documentation, and regret notices.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, Human Resources
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR administration (high-volume preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook (shared inboxes, calendars) and strong skills in Excel, Teams, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable engaging candidates one-on-one and in group settings.
  • Customer-focused mindset and commitment to enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Demonstrates strong planning and coordination, professionalism and confidentiality, precise documentation and follow-through, and a consistently candidate-centric approach.
  • Ability to work flexible hours during peak recruitment periods including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to travel extensively within Canada including overnight travel.
  • Experience recruiting in aviation or supporting Flight Attendant hiring.
  • Bilingual (English/French).
  • Knowledge of aviation hiring requirements
  • Post-secondary education in HR or a related field.
