Fengate Asset Management seeks a Senior Financial Analyst – Real Estate to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for segregated funds focused on Canadian residential and US hotel operations. Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
CPA designation or active CPA status.
Experience in real estate or asset management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support FP&A and reporting for segregated funds, Canadian residential and US hotel ops.
Prepare monthly accounting entries and bank reconciliations for segregated funds.
Prepare quarterly financial statements for management and investors.
Coordinate with external appraisers and assist year-end valuation process.
Assist with year-end audit and provide audit working papers.
