Qualifications

• Prepare monthly analyses for Canadian real estate subsidiaries and quarter-end reporting.
• Assist in preparing quarterly financial statements and consolidation entries.
• Coordinate with asset-class accounting teams to resolve issues.
• Support audit work with external auditors and pension statements.
• Contribute to policy changes and process improvements.
