Title: Senior Financial Analyst – Real Estate (Hybrid – FP&A / Reporting)
Reports To: Senior Manager, Finance – Real Estate
Location: Toronto or Oakville, Ontario
The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Senior Manager of Finance, Real Estate. The individual will be supporting the financial planning & analysis and reporting for Fengate’s segregated funds, predominantly on Canadian residential and resort operations and US Hotel operations. This role will have the opportunity to interact closely with the Finance, FP&A, Developments, Investments, and 3rd Party consultant teams.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter that enjoys working in and fast-paced yet collegial environment, has a strong commitment to deadlines and the team, is process oriented with a high sense of ownership in their work, and possesses a high degree of intellectual curiosity.
The position can be based in either our Toronto or Oakville office, depending on the preference of the successful candidate. Fengate offers a Work-Flex policy where employees are allowed to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
The expected base pay range for this position is: $85,000 - $100,000.
