Job summary

Dynacare in Brampton, ON is seeking a Corporate Quality Assurance Coordinator to support QA processes, data trending, staff mentoring, and regulatory compliance within the Clinical Development and Quality Assurance team.

The role is permanent, full-time with hybrid work arrangements, Monday–Friday hours, and requires a science degree with lab operations knowledge. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Regional Quality/Clinical & Regulatory Quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field; laboratory operations experience.
• Understands and applies Quality Assurance principles and QMS.
• Strong data analysis/trending and issues-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, documenting and implementing QA procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform ongoing reviews and trend analyses of QA procedures to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Participate in accreditation and inspection processes as required.
• Prepare summary statistics reports for Senior Manager using MS Office tools.
• Evaluate CAPA responses and follow up to ensure resolution and effectiveness.
• Mentor Dynacare staff in QA programs and roll out QA initiatives.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits of vendors as needed.
