Job summary

Dynacare in Brampton, ON is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives within the region, aligning with national policies and best practices.

You will support strategic planning, SOP updates, regulatory compliance, internal audits, and external inspections, while mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement.

The role is on-site with an evening shift, offering permanent full-time employment and a competitive pay range of $72,000–$90,000 CAD per year.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of QA programs, audits and protocols.
• Laboratory accreditation knowledge and processes.
• Laboratory operations and continuous improvement methods.
• Post-secondary education: MLT, BSc or related.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic, business and operational planning including budget and resource planning.
• Draft, review and update QA SOPs.
• Ensure regulatory and Dynacare requirements are met in processes.
• Organize and participate in external inspections by regulators, accreditors and clients.
• Lead internal QA audits and staff training on quality processes.
• Monitor external quality assessments and corrective actions.
• Report quality performance metrics and elevate concerns.
• Conduct annual quality reviews with the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality and reliability.
