Job summary

British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM) is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator in Vancouver on a temporary, full-time basis. The role supports licensee QA programs, liaises with licensees and contractors, and develops QA processes.

The successful candidate will monitor data, assist in Peer Review material, and ensure timely QA and prescription review activities. The position offers hybrid work with at least two days in office, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in administration, health administration, education or related field.
  • Up to three years of related experience.
  • Excellent organization and planning to manage concurrent projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow policies and standards.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; ability to learn MS CRM Dynamics and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations of licensee QA, including contacting licensees by phone or email.
  • Monitor licensee data for quality assurance compliance and generate reports.
  • Assist in drafting Peer Review materials.
  • Collaborate with QA team to ensure timely QA requirements completion.
  • Liaise with licensees regarding QA data and provide feedback and guidance.
  • Develop, document, and implement QA work processes and troubleshoot issues.
