We are looking for a strategic Project Manager- Special Tools & Maintenance to join the Integrated Services Readiness (ISR) team in St-Bruno.
As a Special Tools and Maintenance Project Manager, you lead and coordinate maintenance engineering and special tools activities for rolling stock projects across North America. This role is critical to ensuring that trains are delivered with robust, compliant, and optimized maintenance solutions, fully supported by appropriate special tools, diagnostic equipment.
Day-to-Day, you will oversee a team of 4–5 engineers and be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering maintenance and special tools deliverables in alignment with customer technical specifications, contractual requirements, safety standards, and cost objectives.
As our ideal candidate, you bring solid expertise in maintenance engineering, design‑for‑maintainability, and special tools and diagnostic equipment, ensuring reliable delivery in complex project environments and are a strong technical and people leader with significant experience managing multidisciplinary teams and budgets, recognized for excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and effective stakeholder engagement.
Work location: Saint-Bruno (South Shore of Montréal)
Status: Permanent/full time (40h)
Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
