Your Future Role
As a Project Planner, you play a pivotal role in managing schedules and project performance. Your expertise in planning, analysis, and steering complex schedules enables you to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with technical, contractual, and organizational requirements.
You develop, consolidate, and maintain reliable reference schedules, identify critical paths, and analyse the impacts of risks and changes. Your ability to structure information, challenge assumptions, and anticipate deviations allows you to propose concrete action plans to optimize timelines and facilitate decision-making.
In daily interaction with project teams, including engineering, project management, procurement, partners, and suppliers, you ensure coordination and communication, guaranteeing stakeholder alignment and the quality of scheduling data.
You contribute to monitoring project progress through key performance indicators (KPIs), earned value, and performance analyses, while supporting contractual challenges related to deadlines.
This position, based at our St-Bruno site on the South Shore of Montreal is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours/week). It requires the ability to work in an international, multi-site, and matrix organization. The working environment is hybrid, with three days on site and two days remote per week.
