Alstom in Saint-Bruno (Montreal’s South Shore) is seeking a full-time Project Planning Manager to develop and maintain project schedules, analyze variances, and drive action plans. On-site presence is required three days per week with shuttle service from Montreal.
You’ll work with engineering, procurement, partners and suppliers to ensure timely delivery while maintaining planning data quality and reporting. French and English are required for client and team communication.

Could you be the full-time Project Planning Manager in St-Bruno on Montreal’s South Shore we’re looking for? This position requires an on-site presence three days per week. Shuttle services are available between Montreal and the St-Bruno site.

Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, procurement, partners, and suppliers), coordinate and facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensure the quality and reliability of planning data, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of developing and maintaining reliable reference schedules, analyzing variances and associated risks, and proposing concrete action plans to optimize timelines and support decision‑making.
