Job summary

The City of Laval is seeking a Project Manager to represent the digital business needs of our citizens and coordinate innovative initiatives that will directly impact daily life. You will lead and execute projects with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accountability, deadlines, budgets, and ROI.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, has 10 years of experience, and understands CRM/ESM; PMP is an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• 10 years of relevant experience in project management
• Knowledge of CRM/ESM implementation is an asset
• PMP certification is an asset
• Experience in project management implementation and process analysis is an asset

Responsibilities

• Manage digital projects and coordinate innovative initiatives impacting citizens
• Lead and execute projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and ROI
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital solutions
• Interface between development teams and client services in an Agile context
• Develop communication networks and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Collaborate with external city resources to deliver solutions
