Job summary

eurOptimum is a leading designer and manufacturer of interior signage and display systems in North America. We seek a Project Coordinator/Manager to join our fast-paced team and manage full-cycle projects, from design through installation and after-sales service, with a focus on client satisfaction and efficient processes.

This hybrid role requires 2–3 years in project coordination, a Bachelor's degree, and strong Excel and CRM skills, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a Project Coordination function.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills and multitasking ability.
• Proactive, communicative, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle project coordination including assisting with design, manufacturing details, installation planning and coordination, and after sales service.
• Assist department with quoting and estimating by gathering information, specifications, and related documents; identify labor, material, and time requirements.
• Provide high level customer service to internal and external stakeholders and ensure customer service standards are maintained.
• Build and foster relationships with suppliers as required.
• Develop knowledge of current industry practices, use of materials, and competition; source new suppliers and installers as required.
• Coordinate all phases of multiple projects; maintain and update project documentation.
