The role offers training for advancement, with responsibilities spanning meetings, on-site coordination, and reporting to management. This is a full-time hybrid position in Canada.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or diploma in a related field (Civil Eng, Contract Mgmt or PM).
• 2 years of experience in construction or railroad industry.
• Familiarity with basic project management concepts and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and/or prepares scope of work to fulfill project requirements.
• Prepares budget and revenue estimates based on scope and specs.
• Prepares work plans and methodologies, including permits, resources, logistics, and coordinating tasks among stakeholders.
• Assists in procuring material, equipment, and services.
• Prepares supporting reports and documents for project requirements.
