Job summary

CSL Group Inc. in Montreal seeks a detail-oriented Purchasing Technician to support the full Procure-to-Pay process in Oracle. You will manage POs, supplier onboarding, and data accuracy, collaborating with Procurement, AP, IT, and vendors to ensure compliant, timely transactions.

You will guide users on Oracle Procurement, maintain KPIs, and contribute to process improvements through dashboards and tools, while supporting a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• College diploma in a related field with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Practical knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes, PO creation, receiving, invoice matching, onboarding and procurement controls.
• Experience with an ERP procurement system; Oracle preferred; SAP is an asset.
• Strong Excel, reporting, data analysis, and documentation skills.
• Excellent organization, accuracy, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to explain processes clearly and collaborate across functions.
• Bilingual English and French communication supporting global regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders: create, update, monitor, amend, receive, and close, with proper approvals and policy compliance.
• Support supplier onboarding: coordinate supplier creation/updates and due diligence.
• Resolve P2P issues: investigate invoice exceptions, missing receipts, and data issues with the right teams.
• Provide first-level guidance on Oracle Procurement, policies, and required documentation.
• Maintain reporting and KPIs related to spend, open POs, onboarding, and supplier performance.
• Support process improvements, testing, automation, dashboards, and procurement tools.
