Job summary

LGS seeks an Oracle SCM Functional Analyst to join our AMS team in Montreal, driving ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization of Oracle Supply Chain applications. You will interact with business leaders to modernize processes and improve end-to-end performance in both public and private sectors.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, design and testing, and collaboration with technical teams to deliver scalable SCM solutions and successful project implementations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Oracle SCM functional experience.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Broad exposure to multiple SCM modules and cross-functional processes.
• Strong procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and inventory management knowledge.
• Experience gathering requirements and working with technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• French and English bilingualism to collaborate across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional support and configuration across core Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, WIP).
• Gather requirements, document processes, and translate needs into specs.
• Support production issues, troubleshoot problems, and guide end users.
• Design, test, and implement enhancements, reports, and integrations.
• Manage full project lifecycle activities for SCM initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate data mappings and extensions.
