Job summary

ARC’teryx is seeking a Manager, PMO - Process Operations to advance governance, portfolio visibility, and delivery excellence across the Idea-to-Consumer ecosystem. You will partner with key stakeholders to standardize practices, drive transparency, and improve alignment and efficiency across initiatives.

Based in North Vancouver with hybrid remote work, you will help establish foundations, templates, and processes that scale with the business and support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, PMO, business operations, management consulting, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects where collaboration and execution are critical.
• Strong foundation in project management principles, governance practices, and business process improvement methodologies.
• Analytical capabilities with reporting, KPIs, and data-driven insights.
• Experience building metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to improve visibility and decision making.
• Highly organized with multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional PMO governance, delivery, and portfolio management across the I2C ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain PMO templates, playbooks, and documentation standards.
• Partner with senior leaders to prepare governance forums, reviews, and executive communications.
• Drive status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
