Job summary

ARC’TERYX in North Vancouver is seeking a Senior Director, Process Operations – PMO to establish governance, portfolio management, and delivery excellence across the Idea-to-Consumer ecosystem. You will lead a central PMO authority, defining intake processes, frameworks, and KPI-driven performance to enable seasonal product delivery.

You will partner with Product Creation, Merchandising, Regional Go‑To‑Market, Supply Chain, Product Data, Technology, Finance, and Brand to modernize governance,

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the apparel product creation lifecycle across multiple functions.
• Proven track record designing and improving PMO methodologies, governance, and KPIs.
• Experience leading complex cross‑functional initiatives in a global/multi‑regional environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and scale Arc’teryx's I2C/GTM PMO capability, including governance frameworks and delivery standards.
• Lead intake, evaluation, and prioritization of initiatives to align with business priorities and seasonal delivery objectives.
• Run governance and decision forums across the I2C/GRM portfolio to ensure visibility and accountability.
• Develop portfolio reporting, KPI frameworks, and performance measures for leadership visibility into initiative health and readiness.
• Provide portfolio insights and recommendations to optimize investments, sequencing, and resource trade-offs.
