Arc’teryx is seeking a Senior Director, Process Operations – PMO to establish governance, drive portfolio management, and deliver delivery excellence across the Idea-to-Consumer (I2C) ecosystem. This onsite role in North Vancouver collaborates with Product Creation, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Technology, and Finance to align priorities and enable seasonal commitments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and scale Arc’teryx’s I2C/GTM PMO capability with governance frameworks and project standards.
• Lead intake, evaluation, and prioritization of initiatives ensuring alignment with priorities and capacity.
• Run governance forums and develop portfolio reporting, KPIs, and performance measures for leadership visibility.
• Lead cross-functional delivery and execution programs to deliver predictable, measurable value across the ecosystem.
