Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in personal insurance account management.
• R.I.B.O. license required.
• Proficiency in EPIC brokerage system is essential.
• Strong knowledge of insurance carriers.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of client service and support via phone, email, and fax.
• Review renewals, prepare quotes, and remarket policies as needed.
• Identify and act on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Handle endorsements, renewals, and claims through EPIC and portals.
