PROLINK, Canada’s Insurance Connection, is seeking an Account Manager in Personal Insurance in Toronto. This hybrid role focuses on advising clients, assessing risk, and maintaining strong broker relationships. You will understand client needs, gap coverage, and coordinate with insurers to deliver tailored solutions.

By quarter’s end, you’ll master writing certificates and navigate rate manuals, portals, and bulletins, while delivering detailed notes for every client interaction.

Qualifications

• Must be RIBO Licensed.
• 1–3 years of Account Management in insurance brokerage or insurance company.
• Experience with Home and Auto personal insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Manage the renewal process.
• Advocate for clients on claims when needed.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to grow the account base.
• Oversee issuance of policies, certificates, and invoices.
• Document client interactions in broker systems and portals.
• Stay informed on industry trends to advise clients.
