Job summary

BrokerLink seeks a Personal Insurance Advisor to join our Canadian team. You will service client needs, assess insurance requirements, quote new business, and renew policies while maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of Personal Insurance experience, a customer-focused approach, and strong communication skills. We offer flexible work arrangements and a competitive compensation package within a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High School and/or Post-Secondary Education.
• Minimum 1-year Personal Insurance experience preferred.
• Exposure to Epic is an asset.
• Strong customer focus and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Service ongoing client needs, advise on insurance matters, assess needs, and process renewals.
• Sell new policies and retain existing business across clients.
• Quote new business via outbound calls, letters, and walk-ins.
• Coordinate with Underwriters and Adjusters on guidelines and policies.
• Prepare documents for insurers and issue certificates.
• Stay updated on underwriting rules and processes.
• Support training and community marketing initiatives.
