Job summary

Vosker is seeking an Online Advertising Specialist to join our growth-minded team. You will own and optimize paid campaigns across Amazon PPC & DSP, Google Ads, Meta Ads and more, driving sales growth and brand visibility.

You will conduct keyword research, analyze performance, and report insights to leadership while ensuring campaigns align with our brand. The role offers a hybrid work model with opportunities to work remotely for part of the year.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BAC) required.
Minimum 2 years of PPC experience across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Amazon Ads.
Minimum 2 years on other acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, DSP, etc.).
Languages: French and/or English (spoken and written).
Track record of increasing sales for major brands.
Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Set up, create, proactively manage, and optimize acquisition campaigns across channels (Amazon PPC & DSP, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, DOOH, ChatGPT Ads, etc.).
Analyze performance and test new strategies to drive incremental improvements (A/B tests, assets, etc.).
Conduct keyword and market research for each account to discover new keywords.
Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Present insights to senior management and help improve team processes.
Create visual content to improve campaign performance and ensure brand consistency.
