Hobbiesville is seeking a Marketing Specialist to grow our online presence, drive sales, and manage our digital advertising campaigns. This hands-on role requires creating campaigns, monitoring results, adjusting strategies, and producing ad assets as needed.

You'll work with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and our e-commerce teams to optimize campaigns in a fast-paced environment, using AI tools like ChatGPT to inform copy and creative decisions.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
• Strong experience with Google Ads.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Proven ability to create, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns independently.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and performance marketing.
• Experience creating and managing digital ad creative and marketing assets.
• Strong copywriting and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience using ChatGPT and AI tools as part of a marketing workflow.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to take initiative and identify opportunities without needing constant direction.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, conversions, CTR, and other key metrics.
• Create, test, and optimize ad campaigns based on performance.
• Develop and maintain advertising creative, including images, graphics, copy, promotions, and campaign assets.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and make adjustments quickly to improve results.
• Work with the team to develop promotional campaigns around new products, sales, releases, and seasonal events.
• Stay up to date with changes to advertising platforms, targeting options, AI tools, and digital marketing trends.
• Utilize ChatGPT and emerging AI advertising tools to assist with campaign development, copywriting, creative concepts, research, and optimization.
• Work independently and on the fly when campaigns or promotions need to be created or changed quickly.
• Analyze marketing data and provide recommendations based on campaign performance.
• Maintain accurate campaign structure, tracking, audiences, creative, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce and management teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
