Qualifications

• Two-year diploma in Business Administration or Accounting required.
• Knowledge of Canada Revenue Agency payroll regulations essential.
• Five years of full-cycle payroll experience required; unionized setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process regular payroll for full-time staff and special payments.
• Balance payroll data with deductions and prepare previews.
• Handle Record of Employment and government reporting tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and support year-end reconciliation.
