Job summary

Caseware International, a leading Canadian fintech, is hiring a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to own end-to-end payroll across multiple countries and administer regional benefits. Based in Toronto with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office), you will partner with People Operations and Finance to ensure accurate payroll, benefits, and reporting while driving process improvements.

• Experience with UK, Netherlands and international payrolls.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll across multiple countries (UK, NL, CO) ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain payroll data including hires, terminations, salary changes and benefits.
• Perform payroll validation, audits, and reconciliations.
• Support year-end activities and statutory reporting.
• Coordinate with external payroll providers and internal teams.
