Job summary

Indigo Group is seeking a Parking Enforcement Administrator to support national enforcement operations in Canada. You will focus on reporting, analytics, and day-to-day support to keep enforcement programs running smoothly across regions.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Enforcement, you will collect, compile, and analyze data, support invoicing and vendor coordination, and assist with system testing and rollouts of enforcement technology.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and operational reporting systems.
• Strong Excel and data presentation skills.
• Experience with enforcement technology platforms including LPR systems, mobile enforcement applications, handheld devices, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of parking enforcement operations and regional variances is a plus.
• Postsecondary education in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Administration, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in parking enforcement, field operations, or related environments is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Run closely scheduled registered owner search requests in regions where we have search rights.
• Print and mail statements in regions where we have search rights on a similar schedule.
• Run reports and compile data for KPI analysis.
• Provide initial analysis and trend assessments for enforcement team.
• Tabulate data in Excel, Word, Acrobat, Visio, etc. for review and distribution.
• Document all search and statement events for finance and budgeting purposes.
• Provide files of new business and daily updates to third-party collection agencies.
• Monitor and process payments and reversals reported by third parties and branch locations.
• Participate in system testing, rollout, and change management for enforcement tech.
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage invoices and reconciliations.
• Other duties as assigned.
