Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Experience in automotive finance, financial services, analytics, risk management, credit operations, or related field is asset.
• Bilingual in English and French is asset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking with large datasets.
• Ability to translate analytical findings into practical business recommendations for management.

Responsibilities

• Extract, validate, analyze origination, credit, funding, dealer, and portfolio data to support reporting and decisions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance standardized and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Monitor activity to identify anomalies, risks, compliance issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Compliance, Sales, and Operations teams to support reporting and initiatives.
• Support SOPs, dealer handbook updates, and policy development for regulatory compliance.
• Identify automation and process improvements to reduce manual work and improve scalability.
