The position is permanent, offers a hybrid work model with in-office days, and may be based in Ottawa or a Community Hub in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, or Halifax.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience with 5+ years writing user stories
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery and large-scale program delivery
• Experience with financial systems, lending/underwriting and corporate reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for an investments management platform
• Act as liaison between business users and technical teams
• Facilitate alignment meetings and support requirement discovery, development and testing
• Define and validate business requirements and documentation
