Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an on-site Logistics Specialist to support shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and backroom organization for timely product flow to the sales floor in a Toronto-area store.

You will execute BOPIS, order picking, PO receiving, and help with loss prevention and audits. The role partners with store operations to maintain inventory accuracy and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Minimum 2 years in shipping/receiving or inventory management.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and perform physical tasks required in stock rooms.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize order queue to meet fulfillment and on-time targets.
• Complete order picking and packaging to standards; handle BOPIS fulfillment.
• Receive shipments and perform PO receiving; reconcile rebalance documents; monitor RTVs and MTM refusals.
• Coordinate markdowns, price changes and seasonal inventory counts; monitor inventory levels.
• Maintain an organized backroom and shipping/receiving area for efficient operations.
• Support daily tasks, train logistics associates, and provide floor support including service desk duties and occasional cashouts.

Summary

The Logistics Specialist is an on-site retail operations role responsible for shipping, receiving, order fulfillment and backroom organization to support timely product flow to the sales floor. This position executes BOPIS, order picking, PO receiving and reconciliation, and supports loss prevention and operational audits. The role works closely with store operations to maintain inventory accuracy and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize order queue to meet fulfillment and on-time targets and reduce cancellations.
• Complete order picking, packaging to standards, BOPIS fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Receive shipments, perform PO receiving (including hanging goods), reconcile rebalance documents, and monitor RTVs and MTM refusals.
• Coordinate markdowns, price changes, reticketing and seasonal inventory counts; monitor inventory levels and write-offs.
• Maintain an organized, clean backroom and shipping/receiving area for efficient operations.
• Support daily operational tasks, assist with training logistics associates, and provide floor support as needed including service desk duties and occasional cashouts.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; minimum 2 years in shipping/receiving, order fulfillment or inventory management.
• Proven attention to detail in processing incoming/outgoing merchandise and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and perform physical tasks (bend, kneel, stand) required in a stock room.
• Strong communication skills, team player mentality and ability to work independently to achieve store goals.
• Familiarity with POS accuracy, inventory audits, packaging standards and loss prevention practices.
