Job summary

Nutrition for Learning is seeking an Operations & Finance Specialist to support bookkeeping, financial administration, and donor management from our Kitchener office. In this role you’ll collaborate with the leadership team to strengthen administrative processes across fundraising, finance, and operations.

You will manage data, generate clear reports, and help implement process improvements using tools like ERP, QuickBooks, CRMs, and Trello.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in administration, project management, and/or program coordination.
• Experience in a nonprofit setting is an asset but not required.
• Strong data management and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support finance with bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reporting.
• Assist fundraising administration, donor data management, and receipting.
• Provide admin support for campaigns and donor engagement activities.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly finance, program, and operational reports.
• Maintain accurate program, financial, and organizational records.
