Job summary

Arc'teryx is seeking an Account Services Coordinator – NAM (Temporary) based in North Vancouver with hybrid remote options. You will manage wholesale orderbooks across pre-book, in-season, and replenishment, translating inventory into fulfillment decisions while balancing account priorities and inventory health.

Work closely with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Commercial teams in a fast-paced, global supply chain; build expertise in service levels, fill rates, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, or related field.
• 2+ years in Allocation, Wholesale Operations, or similar supply chain role.
• Understanding of orderbook management (pre-book, in-season, replenishment).
• Knowledge of fill rate, service level optimization, and inventory constraints.
• Experience handling large order volumes across multiple accounts with attention to detail.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; ability to resolve fulfillment issues.
• Clear, effective communicator; able to translate constraints for partners.
• Collaborates well with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute against wholesale service level targets (fulfillment rate, on-time delivery, accuracy).
• Manage wholesale orderbook across pre-book, in-season, replenishment; validate against inventory.
• Optimize shipment timing to maximize fill rates while protecting inventory health and margin.
• Partner with Wholesale Sales to manage expectations and changes.
• Translate demand and inventory plans into fulfillment decisions amid constraints.
