Job summary

Arc’teryx is seeking a Demand Planner in North Vancouver with a focus on rolling demand forecasts and statistical baselines. You will translate assortment plans into forecasts and contribute to the monthly IBP cycle, balancing data-driven insights with business judgment.

You’ll collaborate across Merchandise Financial Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and FP&A to support capacity, buys, and launches, while expanding forecast accuracy and process maturity in a hybrid, Canada-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3-5+ years in Demand Planning or Merchandise Planning.
• Experience with demand forecasting, including statistical forecasting and advanced Excel.
• Understanding of retail KPIs and global/regional nuances.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a rolling near- and long-term demand forecast for your category (1–5 years).
• Participate in the IBP cycle to build a consensus demand plan aligning top-down targets with bottom-up forecasts.
• Provide volume outlooks to Supply Planning and build demand curves for new launches.
• Conduct scenario/risk planning and communicate findings to cross-functional partners.
