Job summary

Invesco Ltd. in Charlottetown seeks a Client Administration professional to analyze and process mutual fund shareholder requests, maintain client records, and support day-to-day operations.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with internal teams, and focus on delivering accurate processing and responsive client service while staying current with product and regulatory updates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in financial services is a plus.
• Prior work experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to make quick decisions and concentrate on detailed information under pressure.
• Team player with ability to cooperate in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Uphold operational procedures and suggest improvements for processes and controls.
• Analyze complex transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Guide other departments and shareholders to ensure processing items meet guidelines.
• Occasionally make outbound calls to gather information and provide client solutions, documenting appropriately.
• Assess problems and urgency; conduct independent research and process adjustments as needed.
• Document and forward complaint items for permanent filing and maintain audit trails.
• Monitor service delivery quality and timeliness, taking accountability until resolved.
• Record comments on items detailing research and transactions for clear audit trails.
