The Mine Administrative Coordinator at Coeur Mining's Rainy River operation in northwestern Ontario will support underground mine operations with essential admin duties on site. You will maintain records, process SAP transactions, and assist with month-end reporting while coordinating meetings and site logistics.

This maternity replacement role is based on site with preference for local candidates and offers a hybrid-friendly culture with safety, collaboration, and career development

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or certificate in Business Administration preferred.
• Two to three years of administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Word and Outlook; advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ontario mining/industrial experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform daily data entry and maintain records.
• Process SAP transactions including requisitions, reservations and invoices.
• Create and maintain the annual employee roster.
• Assist with month-end accruals and reporting.
• Coordinate monthly safety meetings for the Technical Services team.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports.
• Prepare fuel fob requests and manage documentation for signatures.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, and site visitor accommodations.
• Maintain PPE, locker assignments, and vendor quotations.
