Job summary

Pomerleau is seeking a Logistics Administration professional to coordinate allocation and internal billing of equipment and consumables for large-scale Canadian construction projects. You will ensure accurate billing, track equipment, and provide administrative support through project lifecycles.

Reporting to the Logistics Administration Team Lead, you will manage job-site billing inquiries, maintain ERP inventory records, and support credits at closeout.

Qualifications

• DEP/AEC/DEC in Administration or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
• High level of autonomy and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Process internal billing for equipment and consumables shipped to job sites.
• Follow up on credits upon project closeout.
• Assign equipment to job sites or transition zones.
• Maintain accurate equipment inventory records in the ERP system.
• Support the administrative team with special assignments.
• Respond to job site inquiries related to billing.
