Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking a Lead Engineer to guide multi-disciplinary teams delivering complex municipal and industrial treatment projects. The role focuses on technical rigor, team leadership, and end-to-end ownership from execution through delivery.

The LE will manage resources, oversee submittals, and ensure design accuracy within budget. Travel 10–20% domestically and internationally; hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5 years of project experience in engineering or a related field.
• Experience with EPC contracts.
• Professional Engineer's License, or ability to obtain one within 1 year.
• English required; French/Spanish/Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all engineering deliverables are completed with formal reviews and checks.
• Coordinate engineering activities across functions using schedules, documents lists, risk registers, and reports.
• Oversee vendor selection review and fabrication processes with project team.
• Coordinate technical requirements with suppliers and support Sourcing in vendor management.
• Act as a technical liaison and maintain relationships; manage team budget and development needs.
• Drive collaboration through structured rhythms and action plans.
