Job summary

Eminence Organic Skin Care is hiring a Learning and Development Instructional Designer. This hybrid role collaborates with SMEs to create engaging learning for Team Members, Spa Partners, and distributors, ensuring timely, well-organized materials.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Learning & Development, you will design varied formats and manage LMS content. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in instructional design, strong adult-learning knowledge, and experience with Articulate, Docebo,

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as an Instructional Designer across onsite, eLearning and blended formats.
• Post-secondary education in Adult Education or Instructional Design (PIDP/B.Ed).
• Retail/Spa education experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and needs of diverse learners.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create interactive learning using best practices to boost engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and map core learnings.
• Design outcomes, structure, and flow to meet objectives.
• Develop eLearns, videos, job aids, and quick reference guides.
• Ensure delivery methods accommodate various educator styles and session lengths.
• Produce print materials, facilitator guides, and multimedia assets.
• Support facilitators and manage chats, polls, Q&A during sessions.
• Upload and maintain content in LMS and create Learning Plans.
• Evaluate learning initiatives and learner experience for effectiveness.
