Job summary

Softchoice, a World Wide Technology company, is seeking a Modern Infrastructure Customer Solutions Architect in Toronto, Canada. You will guide customers through infrastructure modernization, spanning data centers, public cloud, AI workloads, and storage, while collaborating with account teams to drive multi-stakeholder engagements.

You will leverage Challenger Sales, engage pre-sales, and build strategic relationships with partners to deliver end-to-end modernization roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Experience selling technology solutions to Quebec Public Sector organizations.
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes, RFPs, standing offers, and contract vehicles.
• Fluent in French and English for executive conversations and presentations.
• 8+ years selling technology solutions in dedicated sales or pre-sales roles.
• Experience with Data Center, hybrid cloud and public cloud models (Azure, AWS, Google).
• Knowledge of Cisco product lines related to modern infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop Hybrid IT Solutions including Data Center, Networking, Public Cloud, Professional Services, and/or Managed Services.
• Leverage Challenger Sales and insights-driven processes to tailor solutions.
• Collaborate with District Sales Teams to win opportunities in targeted accounts.
• Build and maintain account and market penetration plans.
• Lead opportunities from needs assessment to closing with cross-functional support.
• Nurture relationships with key Hybrid IT partners and vendors.
