Job summary

Softchoice is actively seeking a Modern Infrastructure Customer Solutions Architect in Canada. This role focuses on guiding modernization across data centers, public cloud, and AI workloads, delivering customized roadmaps and end-to-end solutions in a dynamic market.

You will drive opportunities with Quebec public sector clients, collaborate with account teams, and build durable client relationships while traveling up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications

• Experience selling technology solutions to Quebec public sector
•  
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes, RFPs and contracts
•  
• Navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles including executives and procurement
•  
• Knowledge of Quebec government, healthcare, education and municipal landscape
•  
• Fluent in French and English; executive conversations in French
•  
• 8+ years in dedicated sales or technical pre-sales roles
•  
• Align business objectives with technology requirements
•  
• Proven track record selling legacy and modern infrastructure
•  
• Knowledge of Cisco product lines is a strong asset
•  
• Data center, hybrid cloud and public cloud models (Azure, AWS, Google)
•  
• Build relationships with customer decision makers
•  
• Communicate complex modern infrastructure concepts clearly
•  
• Experience selling Managed and Professional Services
•  
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop Hybrid IT Solutions and Services including Data Center, Networking, Public Cloud, Professional and Managed Services
• Leverage Challenger Sales methodology and insights-driven processes to tailor solutions
• Collaborate with District Sales Teams to target accounts
• Create and execute account penetration plans
• Lead opportunities from needs assessment to close and diversification
• Engage pre-sales and internal support for end-to-end service
• Nurture strategic relationships with Hybrid IT partners and vendors
