PavCo is seeking an energetic IT Support Technician to join the Shared Services IT Team at two premier Vancouver venues. You will handle Tier 1 and 2 service desk requests, manage AD/M365 accounts, imaging, and security events while supporting exhibitors and staff.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in computer networking, CS, or related field.
• Industry certifications like A+ and Cisco networking are preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory and M365 account creation and access.
• Maintain imaging and patching services for the department.
• Analyze Microsoft Defender security events and perform root-cause analysis.
