Job summary

Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group Ltd. in Toronto and Vancouver is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Client Reporting Development Team.

The role focuses on designing and implementing enhancements to our client reporting suite, translating complex logic into robust code, and ensuring reliable reporting operations. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of related experience, a relevant undergraduate degree, and hands-on experience with code-based solutions.

Qualifications

Three to four years of related work experience.
Hands-on experience developing or maintaining code-based solutions.
Undergraduate degree required.
Canadian Securities Course or CFA Foundation Program would be assets.

Responsibilities

Lead design, prioritization, and implementation of new features in Client Reporting solution suite.
Translate complex business logic into code for automated report production.
Own end-to-end build and maintenance of report layouts with in-house and third-party tools.
Monitor performance to ensure high availability and reliability of reporting solutions.
Plan upgrades, releases, and maintenance with IS teams to minimize disruption.
Provide SME guidance on reporting applications and integrations and act as escalation point.
