Job summary

Connor, Clark & Lunn Investment Management in Toronto and Vancouver is seeking a Client Relationship Analyst to support institutional client relationships across the full client lifecycle.

You will partner with Client Relationship Managers, help develop and execute the Client Solutions team’s strategic goals, and collaborate on service plans, data analysis, and process improvements. The base CAD 90,000–130,000 annually plus a competitive performance bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in economics or finance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• French language fluency is beneficial but not required.
• Collaborative yet proactive, able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to multi-task and manage a wide range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Relationship Managers on client relationship responsibilities.
• Develop and execute the Client Solutions team’s strategic goals and objectives.
• Collaborate on client service plans from development to execution.
• Collect, evaluate and analyze data related to clients and investment strategies.
• Work with support teams to improve systems, processes, and communications.
