Qualifications

• 5+ years in event and/or conference planning, strategic design, and logistics.
• Proficient in using event platforms and knowledgeable in AV, staging, and production.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across stakeholders, vendors, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of high-impact events focusing on audience engagement.
• Oversee logistics for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.
• Manage event technologies while serving as the technical lead.
