Qualifications

• 5+ years as an Event Producer or Event Manager in complex environments.
• Proven experience leading project teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Demonstrated success managing large budgets and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of events from discovery to post-event wrap.
• Translate creative concepts into clear production scopes and plans.
• Develop and manage project budgets including financial tracking.
• Guide client communication and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Produce post-event reports with insights and recommendations.
