  • Partner with stakeholders and agencies to design event formats that enhance member engagement, build community, and strengthen brand awareness, and measure and report on outcomes.
  • Oversee logistics for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events, including venue, catering, production, and vendor management to ensure flawless execution.
  • Manage event technologies (registration, streaming, engagement platforms) and serve as the technical lead during virtual and hybrid events.
  • Track budgets, timelines, and event KPIs, conduct post-event debriefs, and introduce creative ideas to continuously improve future events.
Who You Are:
  • Equipped with a degree or diploma in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field; CMP designation preferred or in progress.
  • Experienced with 5+ years in event and/or conference planning, including strategic design, attendee engagement, and logistics.
  • Experienced in using event platforms (e.g., Cvent, EventMobi, RingCentral, Slido, Zoom, Streamyard, vMix) and knowledgeable in AV, staging, and production requirements.
  • Proficient in project management and collaboration, with the ability to build trusted relationships across stakeholders, vendors, and executives.
  • Recognized for organization, attention to detail, and sound judgement in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
What We Offer:
  • A fast-paced environment where collaboration, innovation and passionate professionals are at our core.
  • Hybrid work environment offering a portion of remote work within an overall approach that values in-office teamwork and collaboration.
  • Diversity and inclusion that prioritizes inclusivity to bring the best talent together.
