TFI International HR Business Partners manage large, complex portfolios across Western Canada and provide practical HR support while ensuring compliance with employment standards.

This hybrid role reports to the Manager, Human Resources, Western Canada, with two to three days in the Rocky View County office. It offers opportunities to grow in employee relations, case management and labour relations within a growing transportation leader.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience preferred; strong judgement, labour-relations exposure, and business acumen valued.
• CPHR designation preferred.
• Experience with unionized workforces is a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business priorities and TFI International initiatives.
• Coach leaders on performance management, attendance, discipline, compensation, and other employee matters.
• Conduct investigations, including violence and harassment in the workplace.
• Provide WCB support and liaison with Workers Compensation board and third-party reps.
• Manage leaves of absence including short-term and long-term disability, medical EI, and unpaid leaves.
• Interpret and administer collective agreements and participate in grievances and labour-relations activities.
• Lead HR initiatives and process improvement projects.
